They offer airy, light rooms with a nice large bathroom, seating facing the front green and 4 poster bed. The staff are pleasant and courteous and provide a nice service.
Views are a bit limited.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the venue was very handy for a family event. We were pleased to be able to book 'bed only', which was good value. We thought the breakfast expensive at £9 per head though - and so had coffee and bacon rolls at a cafe round the corner which was excellent.
Unfortunately the hotel was rather dated, and didn't have internet access. With the window closed, our room was stuffy, and with it open it was very noisy from traffic and revellers passing by. The tv screen was too small to watch comfortably from the bed, and there weren't chairs that we could move to watch it from. The digital radio channels weren't available.

The bar etc was comfortable and the food was quite good.
The hotel as a whole is quite tired and the room was in need of refurbishment. The carpet was quite badly stained.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Location is just perfect for the golf course. Rooms were fine.
Silloth is a very quiet town and atmosphere in hotel very low key. Found a nice pub ( the Albion ) for evening snifter as hotel itself was very subdued.

The Hotel was excellent value for money- the staff were very friendly. I recieved a warm welcome! New towels every day at a time when many big chain hotels expect you to use the same towels for the duration of your stay to save them money! Tea & coffee and freeview in the room.I Would recomend the hotel to any one looking for a reasonably priced room. Allan Shields.
The room did offer a poor view given the picturesque location of the Hotel

The hotel was spotless, even the public toilets which are often a let down, the rooms were spacious, with plenty of storage space, even the bathroom was large. food in the restaurant was large portions, of good quality at reasonable prices, Pleasant location in town centre, there was on street parking outside, at this time of the year was no problem
Only problem was trying to get the shower to the correct temperature, was either to hot or cold, possibly would of been solved if had contacted staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful, dinner was good but breakfast was excellent being cooked to order and not served from a buffet bar.

I felt very comfortable and we have a lot of relatives who live in Silloth so it was very convenient.

The Hotel is in a pleasant and handy location in a wide cobbled street opposite the town green. The room was clean & comfortable & we had excellent evening meals in the restaurant. We were also lucky to have the benefit of sunny days / evenings with nice views across the Solway Firth.
Couldn't fault a thing.

A Relaxing Family Stay with Friendly Service
Our family enjoyed a good 3-night stay. We appreciated the cute staff, especially during check-in! The inclusive breakfast had something for everyone, and the kids loved the evening meal options. Don't miss the scenic nearby golf course for a family-friendly outing.

We came for a funeral and I foound the young lady at reception very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good but rather expensive.
Cost of breakfast, a bit over the top. Rather noisy due to the cobbles outside but this was not the fault of the hotel.
